Welcome to Stitch Avenue Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

All canvases are hand-painted and may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. Colors may differ based on your device or monitor settings.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the U.S.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary during busy periods or for made-to-order canvases.

Shipping: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Stitch Avenue Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stitchavenuestudio.com. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue and make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Stitch Avenue Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a secure and smooth experience, but we cannot guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Stitch Avenue Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Site or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.
